Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it.

Effective October 3, 2026. This policy covers texascodeworks.com. The client billing portal at billing.texascodeworks.com is covered by its own terms.

What we collect

When you fill out the quote form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, website, and the project details you describe. We also receive your IP address with each submission, which is used to block spam and abuse.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't collect

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party scripts. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server. The only cookie the site may set is a temporary one that keeps your answers on the quote form if a submission needs to be corrected and your browser has JavaScript turned off.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your request and discuss your project
  • To prepare a proposal, and if you become a client, to deliver the work and send invoices
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How it is stored

Form submissions are delivered by email to our business inbox, hosted by our web and email provider. If an email cannot be delivered, a copy of the request is kept in a private location on our server so it isn't lost, and it is deleted once handled.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
