AI & automation

Take the busywork off your team's plate.

We build tools that handle the repetitive parts of your day: moving data between systems, processing documents, answering routine questions, and keeping records in sync. Where AI helps, we use it. Where a simple script does the job better, we use that.

What we build

Practical tools for real work.

No chatbots for the sake of chatbots. Each of these starts with a task someone on your team is tired of doing by hand.

Workflow automation & integrations

Get the apps you already pay for talking to each other, so information entered once shows up everywhere it needs to be.

  • Sync customers, orders, and records between systems
  • Scheduled reports, reminders, and alerts
  • Webhooks and API connections to the tools you use
  • Logging and alerts, so a failed sync never goes unnoticed

AI assistants that know your business

Assistants that work from your own documents, policies, and product information to answer questions, draft replies, summarize long threads, and turn rough notes into organized plans.

  • Answers based on your information, not the open internet
  • Drafts that a person reviews before anything goes out
  • Works inside the tools your team already uses

Document & email processing

Pull the details you need out of invoices, forms, PDFs, and emails, then file them in the right place automatically.

  • Extract names, dates, totals, and line items
  • Sort and route incoming requests
  • Clean up and de-duplicate messy data

Browser automation

Some websites and vendor portals have no way to connect to them directly. Where their terms allow it, we can automate the clicking: logging in, downloading reports, and filling out repetitive forms on a schedule.

Image recognition

Custom models trained on your own photos to detect, count, or check items. That includes the whole pipeline: capturing and labeling images, training the model, and running it on ordinary hardware.

Notifications & team bots

Keep customers and staff updated automatically when something changes, through email, your team chat, or a bot that can answer questions and take simple commands.

Examples

The kind of thing we build.

  • Integration

    Menu that stays in sync

A restaurant's online menu pulls straight from its point-of-sale system, so prices and items on the website match the register without anyone retyping them.

  • Internal tool

    Notes to project plans

A planning tool that turns rough project notes into structured plans and task lists, with a person reviewing every item before it is assigned.

  • Customer updates

Status updates without the phone calls

Customers get notified automatically as their job moves through each stage, including shipping and tracking, so staff spend less time answering "where is it?"

  • Computer vision

    Custom object detection

A complete workflow to capture images, label them, train a detection model, and export it to run on everyday hardware.

  • Content

    Social posts on the website

Posts from Facebook and Instagram appear on the business website automatically, so the site never looks abandoned.

  • Team chat

    Work tracking inside chat

A project tracker connected to the team's chat server, with sign-in, notifications, and quick commands where people already talk.

Our approach to AI

Useful, careful, and honest about limits.

Problem first

We start with the task and the time it takes today. The technology gets picked after that, and sometimes the answer is a simple script.

People stay in charge

For anything customer-facing or hard to undo, a person approves the output. Automations handle the volume, people handle the judgment.

Your data stays yours

Providers that don't train on your data, credentials kept out of code, and access limited to what each tool needs.

Measured results

Every automation logs what it does, so you can see the time it saves and catch problems early.

Questions

Automation questions.

Do I need AI, or just automation?

Often just automation. A lot of time-consuming work is predictable: copy this here, send that there, run this report on Mondays. Plain code handles that reliably and cheaply. AI earns its place when the work involves reading, writing, or judgment, like sorting messages or pulling details out of documents.

Is my business data safe?

We use providers and settings that do not use your data to train their models, keep credentials out of code, and limit each tool to only the access it needs. You will know exactly which services your information passes through.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

We design for that. Anything that matters, like a customer reply or a change to your records, can go to a person for a quick approval first. Every automation also logs what it did, so mistakes are easy to spot and undo.

Can you connect software that does not have an integration?

Usually. If it has an API, we use that. If it does not, there are often other routes, such as scheduled exports, email parsing, or browser automation where the software's terms allow it.

How do I know if it is worth it?

We start by estimating how much time the task takes today and what it would cost to automate. If the numbers do not make sense, we will tell you.

What would you hand off first?

Describe the task that eats up the most time each week. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating and what it would take.
