Do I have to host with you?
No. Hosting with us is the easiest option because the same person who built your site keeps it running. If you would rather keep your own hosting account, we will deploy to it and can still handle updates and support.
Can you move my existing website to your hosting?
Yes. We copy the site, files, databases, and email, test everything on the new server, then switch your domain over at a quiet time so visitors never see an outage.
Do you host sites you did not build?
Often, yes. We review the site first to make sure it is in good enough shape to host and maintain responsibly, and let you know if anything needs fixing first.
Can I get business email on my domain?
Yes. We set up professional email addresses on your own domain, instead of a free Gmail or Yahoo account, and make sure messages are configured so they land in inboxes instead of spam folders.
What if I decide to leave?
Your website and domain are yours. If you ever want to move, we hand over a complete copy of your site, files, and data, and help with the transfer.
